Location is perfect for Fun in the Sand adventures, Jet ski, Kayak, Yolo Board, Golf, Deep Sea Fishing excursions in the Destin's Little Fishing village. Pompano Joe's beach restaurant and bar is within steps from our little retreat. This home has our Personalized Attention so you as comfortable as in your own home! Location is in between Destin and SanDestin, FL ... Miramar Beach. The master has a private bath, separate balcony, and dining / living area have Unobstructed Water views. Wireless internet/ Wifi Secured. The guest room has an slimmer Ocean view. New pool side chairs for you to enjoy at our pool! You must see our New Upgrades with Travertine/porcelain tile, newly Decorated 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Beach location, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and more additions to make your stay comfortable. These include a 40 inch Flat Screen TV in the living area with a Flat screen 38' TV in Master Bedroom with the larger 52' hi definition TV in the guest room! We are located very central and the ultimate location between Destin and golf Resorts. 'Sea Turtle Watch' is our lovely villa just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and body of water. Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, and making your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning have coffee just outside your bedroom on your private balcony, while you might get a glimpse of the boats passing through, or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean.

 We have a 35% return rate and confident you will be back time after time!  We keep a beach umbrella and a couple of chairs for the beach.  Pompano Joe's across the street for meals with live music on the weekends ( sometimes Wednesdays and Thursdays depending on the holiday).  You have 5 other restaurants in walking distance.  

I recommend Costa Vista to you because it has a pool on site, is close to the beach ( 90 feet across the street), unobstructed views ( the best from the master), prime location which is central to airports, shopping , and golf.  Activities across the street at the beach (kayak, jet ski rentals, volleyball, etc) or within 1 mile you can rent golf carts, scooters, or fun carts along with bikes.  Costa Vista has an extra half bath for a total of 2 and 1/2 baths, an extra 200 square feet of living space which makes your feel like your home away from home and not bumping into each other!  

Approximately 90 feet across the street to our sugar white beaches, Unobstructed views of the clearest and bluest Gulf waters, with your private balcony off the master for the ultimate stay make this a return spot for years to come!  We just updated carpets & decorating that leave you feeling everything is fresh and taken care.  There is a flat screen in the living area and in the master, a large 52 inch TV in the guest room and a New ( faster) secured wifi for you.  Standard rates are less expensive and more Value with a weekly or snowbird reservation.

 Your Arrival then Departure dates are needed below...send email or text if No answer for last minute stays.  March and Summer season is Saturday to Saturday.  Seasonal rates apply with cleaning and taxes.  Paypal charges 3% fee but avoids fee with echeck/instant payment.  Paypal payments send to my email or cell number.  Anyone under the age of 25 needs approval for property rental.  And, pets needs approval.  Please send breed and age for approval.
